Facilities

Beauty Connection Spa is a ladies-only space, and children below 18 are not allowed within the spa premises.

The Spa at Sheikh Zayed Road houses two massage rooms, eight stations for hair care, nine stations and three tables for nail, hand and foot care, and four private rooms for grooming and body treatments. At Umm Sequim, the Spa is housed over two floors encompassing six hair care stations, six stations and two tables for nail, hand and foot care, an Oxygen Bar, seven private rooms, a Moroccan Bath, two massage rooms, and a VIP room, in addition to various treatment areas.

Clients are guaranteed complete privacy and protection of modesty during their time with us.

Ample parking is available within and outside the Spas.

Timings

Both branches of the Spa are open from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm, on all days of the week, with last requests for treatment at 7.30 pm.

Beauty Connection Spa offers a warm, welcoming and friendly environment in which a woman can relax, unwind, and get her needs catered to in comfort. Our team of therapists are trained to ensure that every customer who visits us leaves with a deep sense of satisfaction and well-being.

Open-door policy

We have an open-door policy for all general grooming services including hair, hand, foot and nail care, make-up and massages.

However, we recommend that clients seeking specialised treatments and therapies book in advance to secure preferred date and time, as appointments for these are subject to availability of rooms and therapists. If a client is late, their pre-booked reservation is released to other guests 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment.

Appointments

Clients are advised to prepare themselves for any treatment, by arriving at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. As part of our welcome, they are offered a choice of beverages, detailed advice on the treatment, and give-away kits containing essential spa accessories.

Accessories

A personalised Spa accessory pack containing disposable towels and undergarments, and other items like loofahs, body brushes and scrubs are presented during massages, while robes and slippers are provided during other specific treatments. Customers also have the choice of purchasing their personal grooming kits that they can continue to use on repeat visits or in the confines of their homes. Inside the Spa, we also stock a select range of slippers, cosmetic jewellery, toiletries and other fashion accessories that customers can opt to purchase to complement their personal tastes.

Etiquette

We believe that the Spa is a holistic retreat for both body and mind, and out of consideration for other guests, we request that clients keep noise to a minimum, and put their mobile phones on silent mode during their visit.

Special Conditions

We caution every client to consult their doctor before signing up for any spa services and also, to inform our therapists of their medical conditions, especially if they have high blood pressure or heart conditions, are pregnant, or have any other health complications.
